From custom software to AI-first

INIT started in 2007 as a custom software development company. For years, we built web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise systems for clients across industries.

As AI and machine learning matured, we saw an opportunity to deliver even more value. We invested heavily in data science capabilities, and today, AI-powered solutions make up half of our work.

But we haven't abandoned our roots. Our AI solutions are built on two decades of engineering discipline — that's what makes them production-ready, not just impressive demos.

We're a team of around 20 engineers, data scientists, and designers based in Velika Gorica, Croatia. We're small enough to be agile, but experienced enough to tackle enterprise-scale challenges.
