It all started with something much different from Fishbowl - we charmed the client through a different project involving development of a landing page website. Since they were so happy with what we delivered, they decided to include us on their next big project - development of a web application solution for their Desktop manufacturing and warehouse management solution. 

We put our thinking caps on and came up with an architectural draft faster than ever. The client’s feedback was amazing and this was a signal for us that we can move forward with everything planned. Our experts were involved in all phases of the project - from consulting and design to development.

And all of this resulted in a long-lasting successful cooperation with a client who chose this very solution as their main future-proof product, with which they plan to expand their business outside the North American market.

And if you grow fast (and that is ultimately everybody’s goal), you are also probably aware how tedious, expensive and time-consuming it can be to have a warehouse management system which has limitations, so you have to learn a new one every time you outgrow the old one. An all-around solution requires being involved in all phases of product development. We started off with a thorough brief with the clients setting clear targets and determining the best way to reach them.

Based on the conclusions we reached and goals we set, our design team defined the process and created a detailed UI design. The only thing remaining was to develop a robust backend which would support both the frontend and the mobile solution. And this is precisely what we did.

Farmbuck’s unique idea is what served as an inspiration and a challenge - delivering up-to-date prices to users constantly requires an extremely reliable, stable and fast system. Our end-to-end solution satisfies all these criteria - from a robust backend, up to the website, web application and mobile application.  


Modernizing the agricultural industry may sound like a highly ambitious plan. But one company from Canada decided to give it a go. Their mission was to create a tool that would help farmers find out the best prices of grain and oilseed in their area and to connect them with the best buyers.

So instead of wasting time on scrolling through the internet, looking for reliable sources and checking whether the prices are up to date, you’d have a platform that would do all this work in no time and list everything you need. All set up in a cool interface.

A must-have testing software for quality assurance and development teams.

We started off from developing the tool’s web application features. Thorough planning, reliable architecture and a top development framework, along with our highly-skilled developers set the direction of what turned out to be a powerful must-have tool for any testing team. 

After that, joining the Mailosaur’s team in all other phases of the tool’s development was a natural course of events. There were several different aspects of the tool that we needed to tackle - the main goal was to create a reliable tool that will test emails and SMS messages, analyze spam and integrate with other testing frameworks.

Building high-quality products doesn’t work without a reliable testing solution. And Mailosaur is just what any Q/A and development team would want - simple, reliable and extremely powerful. 

The initial idea was to create an API that enables email and SMS testing, stimulates user interactions and integrates seamlessly with a vast array of testing frameworks, such as Cypress, Selenium, Webdriver.io, etc. This is where we jumped in.

Connecting families with flexible payment plans, public grants, and scholarships to ensure quality early education for all

We needed to get acquainted with Fyv’s industry, so we started off with a thorough research of the education financing market. The next step was to define the client’s vision, goals, customers and competitors. After that, we were good to move on to the real deal - designing and developing their website and mobile app.

In the design phase, we optimized user flows, and turned Fyv's low-fi mobile app and product sketches into pixel-perfect UI. 

In the development phase, we got involved in developing backend functionalities, the mobile app, admin dashboard, and their customer-facing website. While researching and developing Fyv’s mobile application, we came to a conclusion that it was extremely important to be able to easily integrate 3rd party solutions and services like Plaid, DocuSign, MixPanel. Due to a large number of such integrations and a lot of back-and-forth processes, we had to work out a custom solution to make sure all services are connected to the app in the optimal way.

Our goal was to make sure that Fyv can provide the best possible experience to their customers.


Every project is an opportunity to learn more about different business perspectives. Sometimes these business perspectives can be translated into a set of processes we’ve tested and done a million times before. Other times they present a challenge and push us to work even harder to find the best solution. With Fyv we had a mix of both.
The result of this amazing proces? A beautifully designed website, top user experience and a mobile app with a custom solution for 3rd party integrations, ensuring a seamless connection to the app. Happy client, happy us.
